liefOS End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the liefOS web interface. By accessing or using liefOS, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

EULA Terms

1. License Grant
Liejan Lawrsel Maurin Luengo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the liefOS software interface within a compatible web browser for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Intellectual Property
All software logic, source code, UI/UX design elements, graphics, and custom scripts are the sole and exclusive property of Liejan Lawrsel Maurin Luengo. This license does not grant you ownership or title to the software.
3. Restrictions
By using liefOS, you agree not to:
- No Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Non-Commercial: Sell, lease, rent, or charge others for access to the liefOS environment.
- Redistribution: Mirror, replicate, or host the application files on external servers for public distribution without explicit written permission.
- Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the core system files for redistribution.
4. Third-Party Assets
The software may utilize open-source libraries or third-party assets (such as fonts or icons). Use of these assets is governed by their respective licenses and terms of service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
liefOS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Liejan Lawrsel Maurin Luengo be liable for any claims, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use of the software.
7. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
